What services do you offer?

The main services we offer are Decluttering. Staging & Styling and Room Renovations . Everything is tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Getting started is simple. Go to our Packages page, select the service you require, upload the images and proceed to payment. A.I inspirational imagery works will be completed in 48 hours. Images will be emailed to your selected email address on your information form.
Membership application can be found under Services. Fill out the membership application and submit. We will be in contact with the applicant within 48 hours to provide a Client ID Number. You will then be able to instantly use our service by clicking on to the “Membership” button in the top right corner

How do I get started?
Do monthly subscribers have a portal?

We have simplified the process to make it user friendly. No login, No portal. Your Client ID Number will be all that you need. Straightforward and easy for everyone in the office to use. At the end of each month your agency will be invoiced with a statement of works and a balance of credits.
What happens to unused credits

We understand that there are off peak and peak seasons in the property market. Unused credits will roll over to the following month. Credits will revert back to zero on the 1st of January each year.
Can I upgrade my monthly subscription

Of course! We would love that! The upgrade will take effect instantly. Email us directly to upgrade your account.
What are the guidelines to list on platforms.

We supply detailed instructions on how to best use the A.I images in your listing on the platform. Examples are provided, suggested declaimers, and buyers acknowledgment form will all be emailed with your A.I images.
Can my order be done in 24 hours?

You can request an urgent job be completed in 24hours by directly emailing us with the property’s address. A flat fee of $30 applies for the package. Our designers will prioritise your works and confirm if the requested time frame is possible.
What happens if I don’t receive my order in 48 hours

If for any reason we have not met your dead line please contact us directly. Each order that is submitted will receive a confirmation email. Please check that your order was confirmed. Be mindful that the 48 hour time frame does not include public holidays and weekends.
What is the best way to pitch A.I inspirational images to a vendor?

It’s a fraction of the cost of physical staging, our service doesn’t impose on the vendors life style and only takes the agent 2 minutes to submit the form. Why have my photos been taken down?
There are strict guidelines to comply with when uploading A.I imagery to protect the vendor, the agency and the buyer. Please double check that you have taken all appropriate steps as per your check list. Our team is always here to help and will address the issue in a timely manner.
Can I cancel my monthly subscription

If you have an concerns please talk to our team first. You are not locked into a contract you can cancel at any time. You will be invoiced for the current month and credits will be lost. Directly email us in writing and we will close your account instantly.
What are the rules arounds the credits
