What services do you offer?

We offer 2 main services.

  • A professional designer can personally virtually declutter, stage & style or renovate any space for you. We’ll have it back to you within 48 hours. Everything is tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

  • Platform self - service. Enjoy 20 free renders. Pay for additional ‘Top Up’ renders as you use them or a monthly subscription to cater to volume renders. Through our platform you can still access a professional designer with our Custom Projects option.


Getting started is simple.

Go to our Pricing & Services page, select the service you require, fill out your details, upload the images and proceed to payment. A.I inspirational imagery works will be completed with in 48 hours. Images will be emailed to your selected email address on your information form.

To access our platform there is a PLATFORM LOGIN button in the top right corner.

What happens if I don’t receive my order in 48 hours

If for any reason we have not met your dead line please contact us directly. Each order that is submitted will receive a confirmation email. Please check that your order was confirmed. If revisions are requested the time period begins again. Be mindful that the 48 hour time frame does not include public holidays and weekends.


What is the best way to pitch A.I inspirational images to a vendor?

Agencies are incorporating our service as part of their marketing strategy. It’s a fraction of the cost of physical staging, our service doesn’t impose on the vendors life style and only takes the agent 2 minutes to submit the form. A.I inspirational imagery will only increase buyer engagement and spark curiosity, exactly what every marketing campaign is designed to achieve.


Can my order be done in 24 hours?

You can request an urgent job be completed in 24 hours by directly emailing us with the property’s address. A flat fee of $30 applies for the express package. Our designers will prioritise your project and confirm if the requested time frame is possible.


Why have my photos been taken down?

There are strict guidelines to comply with when uploading A.I imagery to protect the vendor, the agency and the buyer. Please double check that you have taken all appropriate steps. Our team is always here to help and will address the issue in a timely manner.


What are the guidelines to list on platforms.

We supply detailed instructions on how to best use A.I inspirational imagery in your listing on advertising platforms such as realestate.com.au and domain.com.au Examples are provided, suggested declaimers, and buyers acknowledgment form can all be emailed with your A.I imagery on request.

How do I get started?


What happens to unused credits on the platform?

Monthly unused credits do not roll over to the following month. Credits will revert back to zero at the end of your months billing cycle. If you subscribed on 21/05/26 your credit will go back to zero on 22/06/26


Can I upgrade my monthly subscription

Of course! We would love that! The upgrade will take effect instantly.


How do I get charged if I upgrade my subscription mid month

You are charged for the days you have used you selected package and credited for the unused days. Your credit is automatically deducted from the full amount that will be charged for your new subscription upgrade.

For example — subscribe to Starter ($69)on Mar 20, upgrade to Pro ($109) on Apr 17 (3 days before renewal):

  • Credit for 3 days unused Starter package: $7

  • Charge for 3 days of Pro Package: $11

  • Net charge on Apr 17: $4 (that is the difference between packages $11 - $7 = $4 charge on Apr 17)

  • From Apr 20 onwards: $109/month

Stripe handles all of that automatically

How does the ‘Top Up’ work

Render Top-Up (for free or paid users)

  • $15 AUD one-time → get 20 renders

  • Available to anyone — free plan users and subscribers

  • Renders never expire and stack (buy multiple packs)

  • For paid plan users, monthly quota is used first, then top-up renders kick in automatically


Can I cancel my monthly subscription

If you have any concerns please talk to our team first. You are not locked into a contract you can cancel at any time.

You will be charged until the end of your billing cycle and any unused credits will be lost. No refunds apply. You can re-subscribe at any time.


What happens to my projects if I cancel my subscription?

You still have complete access to your account. All previous renders are stored in the database against your account permanently. Nothing gets deleted when you cancel. You can still browse, view, download, and share everything you previously created.

Your account will revert back to 20 free lifetime renders and you can top up as you need to.


How do I give the Platform feedback?

Any feed back is more than welcome! In settings there is a feedback button. Feel free to make any comments or suggestions. Let us know what you are finding difficult, what you love about the platform and what future features you would like to see. We read every single comment!
