PLATFORM DISPLAY
For optimal exposure, ensure buyers can instantly identify that A.I inspired imagery is included in the listing, gain trust, spark curiosity and encourage engagement.
Option 1
☐ Virtually furnished images - compliance requirements and guidelines set out by Consumer Affairs Victoria (CAV) outline “misleading conduct and representations”. We recommend displaying only virtually staged images if the only alteration made to the image is furniture.
Option 2
☐ Before & After Placement - for clarity and impact, place original image first followed by enhanced version immediately after.
Original - Builds trust and shows the property as-is
Virtually Furnished Version - helps buyers visualise the space
Allow buyers to clearly understand the transformation without confusion.
Include:
☐ Disclaimer - in property description - copy and paste “short-form” wording (found in disclaimers and disclosure wording document below)
PURCHASER / BUYER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM
PURCHASER / BUYER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM
It is Good practice to confirm that the purchaser understands they are buying the property “as is”, in its current condition at the time of inspection. It ensures the buyer acknowledges that their decision is based on their own assessment and inspections. It protects the agent and vendor by creating a clear, written record.
VENDOR APPROVAL FORM
VENDOR APPROVAL FORM
Vendor has been briefed on the nature of AI-generated imagery and has given written approval for its use in the campaign. Agencies can also implement vendor approval into their own marketing strategy.
